5 Emergency Steps

Follow these emergency steps in order. If at any point you feel unsafe, evacuate and call for help immediately.

Safety First

If you smell gas, suspect carbon monoxide, or see sparks, evacuate immediately and call 911. Do not attempt to operate your system if you suspect a safety issue.

Check the Furnace pressure gauge to confirm the pressure reading

Look for visible leaks in the Furnace system that may be causing pressure loss

Verify the Furnace automatic water feeder if equipped is turned on

4

Add water to the Furnace system using the manual fill valve if pressure is too low

5

Call for Furnace service if pressure continues to drop after refilling
